CP Elite Development or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
All CP Elite Development players agree and accept to attend a minimum of 3 ‘Elite Training Camps’ as required throughout the duration of the 12 month period from when you register. This is part of the players development programme with CP and progressional pathway playing infront of Academy coaches and scouts.
Each month covers a 4 week cycle of sessions, if at any time in a single month we have a 5th week of sessions, you will be charged for attendance as a ‘covering payment’ for the single session or week you attend extra.
CP Elite Development reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

Your place is confirmed and secured upon receipt of Class4Kids booking and payment. Any bookings which select "Cash" payments are deemed as confirmed so therefore if for any reason you do not attend dates selected/booked you will charged at full rate for no show/cancellation.
Any cancelled sessions within 72 hours (3 days) of the camp start date will be charged at full rate.
CP Coaching Academy and CP Elite Development reserves the right to post footage on social media platforms which includes content from our sessions which may feature your son/daughter.
CP Coaching Academy and CP Elite Development reserves the right to approach high performing players regarding the opportunities of playing for our MJPL and Elite Development Squad teams and/or attending our additional support programmes.
CP Elite Development allows professional academy scouts to attend our sessions to search for elite players which may be approached during the day or ask for parent details to contact at a later date
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
Any cancelled subscriptions must be informed before the 12th of the month to stop & cancel your on going payment. Any cancellation after this will mean you will be charged on the 1st of the next month and be able to continue training upon your notice period for the next month until your payment is cancelled.
