CP Pre-Academy (Elite Development Centre):
A professionally structured and academy standard group setting learning environment catering for players of all ages & abilities with a hunger to improve. Our Pre-Academy ‘Elite Development Centre’ is a ‘training only’ provision with occasional friendly matches, providing players with an advanced progressional pathway into CP’s Academy MJPL teams or higher for top performing players. All players will be split into age specific ‘training group’ teams to allow us to monitor individual progress. Our programme is designed to maximise a players development by utilising CP Academy’s unique coaching methodology, curriculum and philosophy making the transition seamless for successful players into our MJPL teams.
Perfect for players;
1. Elite players who are just simply looking for supplementary technical support sessions to develop and improve as footballers in addition to their current teams training & game schedule.
2. Players with a current team who are looking for professional technical support to evolve within CP’s ‘Pre-Academy’ Elite development centre and progress into our MJPL Academy teams.
3. Players without a current team who are looking for support to develop, improve and grow within CP’s ‘Elite Development’ group training programme for an enhanced opportunity to progress into a team utilising our ‘Advanced player pathway’.
