Each day enters a different area of the Player Lab, combining high-repetition technical coaching with opposed practices, decision-making, small-sided games and competitive challenges. Players won’t simply complete drills — they’ll be challenged to think quicker, execute under pressure, solve problems and transfer their technique into realistic game situations.
